Sneezes and Sniffles

Sneezes and sniffles are the most common symptoms of allergy. A large number of people suffer from both these symptoms. People who cannot tolerate cold often suffer from sniffles and sneezes. However, sneezes and sniffles make you aware of your vulnerability to various allergens. They will also let you know whether you are allergic to dust, pollens, dirt, and smoke. Allergens are outside factors that cause your body to react defensively.

Though there are some medicines that are used to control these symptoms, you have to take some other steps as well. Take precautions. Use warm clothes to protect yourself from cold weather. You should also try to stay away from smoky and dusty places.

Some people have the habit to buy over the counter medicines to get a relief from sneezing. It would be better if you consult a good physician. This will save you from unwanted side effects of these medicines.

Try to identify the products, food items, and conditions that trigger allergic reaction in your body and stop or lessen their use. If you are lactose intolerant, then you should avoid dairy products. The same rule goes for people who cannot tolerate lobsters and fishes.

There are some fruits that would help you to fight against these allergens. Fruits rich in Vitamin C are good against sneezes and also protects you from other germs. You can have orange, and lemon to get enough Vitamin C. Other medication techniques are also available that are equally good against sneezing or sniffles.
