Can Eating the Wrong Foods Cause Back Pain?

Here’s a tip — add a little sea salt to your drinking water to increase the isotonic content, enabling the water to stay in your system and be absorbed.

Another thing to think about is that the pain may be emanating from the fact that you do not consume the correct foods in order to give your body the vitality it needs. Try adding more raw organic fruit and vegetables to your diet, and perhaps an additional multivitamin each day.
